Accidents.com posted an important warning about winter coats and child car seat safety today. What was most surprising to me when reporting on this was that child car seat accessories are NOT government regulated, and could therefore cancel any warranty from your car seat manufacturer. Parents, read this article, and the original article on About.com for a SIMPLE TEST that will help keep your child safe.

The fact that car accessories are not govenrment regulated teaches and warns us all that we MUST always read the very small print and fine lines of any product being sold.
This is a big alarm bell for parents and consumers purchase products.
